Blog 9: Changes to my study program

Hi everyone, so today I’m going to talk about some changes that I’ll like to propose for my study program. I think that the first thing to do it’s to improve the curriculum, ‘because it’s a new one, implant in the 2015 generation, ¡and it’s 2017!  Just two years have been pass since the curriculum was made, and it’s have several failures. For example, there’s a lot of lines of the trades present  in this new curriculum, like the “math’s line” that’s it’s too long, if I remember the line have an extension of 7 or 8 semesters, and that generate the consequence that if one person fails and reprove math 1, the person get behind one semester. And some of the trades don’t have a real relationship with each other, for example, the statistics trades don’t have a real connection.

Other problems that the curriculum presents are that some trades or line of trades are way overcharge with way to many credits, meanwhile others just have 1 or 2 credits. And some of the trades that have a lot of credits don’t have a lot of a standard plan, which cause that the sections have a big important unbalance, making the problem that some section have a lot of knowledge about the important stuff for the next trade, meanwhile others may not have the same luck, which implies that some students present a lot of difficulties for face the new trade.

In matters of infrastructure, with the new building the principal authorities of the School of Government and Public Paperwork of the University of Chile, they need to exploit the new infrastructure, like planting new flowers, increase the gym, and make a multigame field.   

For the last part, I think that the teachers may want to use some of new methods of study, for example, make a group of the people who knows a lot of the trade with the people that have problems with the grade. And that’s all for today, I think I can’t really talk about making a lot of changes, so that’s all, take care :*

Blog 7: "My future Summer Holidays"

  

 Hi everyone, so today I’m going to talk about, or been very honest, I just want to talk about the “ideal” holidays that I have in mind. I will like to visit the south of Chile, maybe backpack with some friends that I really appreciate in this goddam place that we call “university” ( I say this ‘cause I’m really tired of this community).

As I was saying, I’ll like to visit the south of Chile, ‘cause I I can feel the magic of the nature, the magic of been one with the lake, with the grass and flowers; most of all, I think that I share a lot with the nature of the south. And I have the only great friend that I meet my entire live in there, He was a student of this career in here, he was a great human been, and always know how to make laugh, how to rise when I was in the hole. That person is Rodrigo Pinda, the one and only friend who support me, in the good ones and the bad ones, and with him I’ll like to spend the summer holidays, traveling in the south, making friend’s, don’t have the fear that I fell in here, in this depressive city. And I know that with him almost everything will be amazing, everything will turn in to magic.

The plans that I have for this holidays it’s backpacking, since Puerto Montt to Chiloe, I know it will be very hard, specially ‘cause I consider myself like a “complicated” person, for say the lease, and also the money that I need to recollect for the backpack and the fundamental gadgets that I and Rodrigo will need for make of this a great adventure.

Finally, I’ll say this, the holiday it’s not about where you go, it’s not about how many things you did in there, Holidays are for life adventures with the person that you need in your life, that kind of people or friend who always are there for help you. I hope everyone of you will have great holidays, see you.

My Favorite Book: "A 100 years of solitude" (Blog 7)

Hi everyone, to my entire classmate’s that read this blog, so today I’m want to talk about from one of my favorite book of all time. I think if you know me, you’ll guest that my favorite book is a novel, and that novel it’s from a Latin American writer, and it’s very famous in the world, at the point that it’s ranked in the top 10 best sellers in the world. I’m talking about, of course, about “A 100 years of solitude”

This novel tells the story of the Buendía Family, in the Macondo Town, a town that Gabriel Garcia Marquez, the writer of this novel, gives a representation of all the common characteristics of any Latin America town. I love this story for many reasons, but for the most part, I think is the best representation of the good and bad things of Latin America. In the novel, appears good things like the union in the community, the culture of Latin America, but also bad things, like the strokes of the military, the strong sexism in the culture, ‘cause I remember that all of the girl’s in that novel have domestic labors, instead the man genre in the story, have the role of support with cash the family, or this caricature of the “Macho”. And the second reason of my love of this novel, it’s the use of “Magic Realism”, in the time of the “Latin American Boom” were our continent make a Literature phenomenon, using he Magic Realism, stories based in the culture and wonderful things of our continent.

My dreaming work in the future (Blog 5)

Hi everyone today, so I’m thinking in talk about a subject related to what I’ll like to work in the future. And, personally, this is a dream since I had since I was a little child, and it’s being a detective, like Sherlock Holmes, a consulting detective. I’m imagining me as a good detective, because I just need to study a lot more about medicine, but I have a great knowledge related to the investigation part.

The god things about this jobs is that you travel a lot, and have problematic chases to solve, and when you solve it, you make justice, you revenge the victims or murder and discover the true.  I’m been thinking that some chases will required that I travel a lot, in pursuit of the evidence, or the criminals who make troubles for I to solve it. And the thing about the salary it’s that, I’m thinking that maybe would it be just like Sherlock, that people pay me to solve chases, but maybe I just accept it for the adventure that the crime can give it to me, the satisfaction of life and exotic adventure.  But the major that I’m studding it’s the boring  career of public administration in the University of Chile, but that it’s because of one of the others propose that I have in life. What I'm going to do in my future: (Blog 6)

 Hi everyone, so today, after a really long time since my last blog, I’ll like to talk about the next subject, and that subject it’s related to what I’ll like to do in the future, especially if I follow with the studies. I’m still not Certance about my future, ‘cause sometimes I just want to work in the state, as a civil servant, others times I’ll wish to study something related to the humanist area, like a career about cinema, or perfect the skills that I have with the drawing, and finally I’m been thinking in just make a magister related to the public administration career.

That magister is imparted here in Chile, and it’s depended of the INAP, these magister allow you to continue your study in two areas, If I’m correct, politics science or continue with public administration.  Thinking very well, I’ll choose the public administration area, because it’s been very useful for my final objective in the world, and that it’s  to change thinks, make the world a better place for the citizens of this nation, for the poor people, been just like someone who really help and contributed to solve the big problems with this society.

And considering my family budget, I’m thinking in make that magister as a part time class, ‘cause when I’m finish this career, I’ll try to work in the ministry of social development, for paid my studies.

And well, I’ll would like to leave a message for all those who read this blog, make the things that allow you to be happy in your life, ‘cause trust me, to the other site theirs is not an eternal live, we all get aged and die, so be happy with your life, just like doctor brown says: “you’re future it’s not even make it, so go and make it a good one”. London: A country that I'll like to visit (Blog 1)

  

There’s just one country that I will like to visit in the future, because in there we had seeing the born of the world greatest detective in the novel “A Study in Scarlet”. That country is England, and the things that I know about England are just a few, for example, I know that don’t have a President, instead, they have a Prime Minister as the “Government Boss” and the queen of England as the Monarch Leader of England, also is the home country of such greatest Band music as The Beatles or The Rolling Stone.

In that Country, I will like to visit London, because in that city are “The Buckingham Palace”, “ The Big Ben”, and specially the “Museum of Sherlock Holmes”  in The Baker Street 221B, Then I will try to visit some old castles, considering that it’s an European Country, that had such amazing “Knight’s Stories” of the medium age.

Although is a country that I really love, I will not like to live in there, and this is just for a moral reason that I want to help the people with the career that I’m currently studding, Public Administration, and broke the injustice of a mean world.  Well, that’s all for today, see you guys in next blogg
